By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing commercial furniture, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Orders & Order Processing

All orders submitted through the site constitute binding purchase offers. Order confirmation emails signify receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when freight shipment tracking is issued.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude delivery and applicable Florida sales tax calculated at checkout. Payments must be authorized in full via credit or debit card prior to order processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Shipments are performed by commercial freight carriers to ground curbside or commercial loading dock. The customer must ensure safe receiving access.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are governed by our formal Return & Refund Policy. Items must be in original condition within 30 days of delivery with prior written RMA approval.

6. Damaged Products & Customer Responsibilities

Recipients must inspect outer packaging upon delivery and document damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Damage claims must be submitted to Summit Furniture Supply within 48 hours of receipt.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be resolved in the competent state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
